دعوت از ملت مصر براى قيام
ملت مصر بايد اين مطلب را بداند كه اگر قيام كند بر خلاف اين توطئهها، همان طورى كه ايران قيام كرد، آنجا هم خواهد پيروز شد. ملت مصر از حكومت نظامى نترسد و به او اعتنا نكند و همان طور كه ايران حكومت نظامى را شكست و به خيابانها ريخت، آنها هم بشكنند و به خيابانها بريزند و اين تفالههاى آمريكا را بيرون بريزند. ملت مصر ننشينند، تا اين قدرت از بين رفته دوباره دستوپاى خودش را جمع كند و نفوذ خودش را بر ملت تحميل كند. امروز روزىست كه ملت مصر بايد قيام كند. امروز روز ضعف دولت است و قدرت ملت. بايد قدرت را نشان دهد و اعتناى به اين حكومت نظامىِ بر خلاف همه موازين نكند و بشكند اين حكومت نظامى را و به خيابانها بريزد و اين دولتى [را] كه مىخواهد با سرنيزه با اسلام مخالفت كند و به صراحت مىگويد كه هر كس كه به اسلام وفادار باشد او را سركوب مىكنيم ]از بين ببرد.] اين تكليفىست براى ملت مصر، براى علمايى كه وابسته به حكومت نيستند. اين تكليفىست براى علما. علماى مصر بپا خيزند و براى خاطر خدا، از اسلام دفاع كنند. چه عذرىست براى علماى مصر كه اعلام ضديت با اسلام را ـ اين حكومت قبل از آمدنش به سركار اعلام كرده است كه هر چه با اسلام ربط داشته باشد ما او را سركوب مىكنيم ـ چه عذرىست براى علماى اسلام در مصر كه نشستهاند و گوش مىكنند تا اينكه اينها دوباره غلبه كنند؟! امروز شما پيروزيد.
ملت مصر امروز قدرت دستش است. ارتش معلوم نيست كه با دولت باشد، مگر آنهايى كه جيرهخوار امريكا هستند. ارتش مصر توجه كند به اينكه اگر بخواهد پشتيبانى كند از اين حكومتى كه اعلام كرده است كه من تابع آمريكا هستم و اسرائيل و من هركس دم از اسلام بزند او را خفه مىكنم، اين ننگ را به خودش، ارتش مصر راه ندهد و مهلت ندهد تا بعد از اين، باز اسرائيل بيايد و به شما حكومت كند، و اسرائيل و آمريكا مقدرات شما را در دست بگيرند.
همه ملتهاى اسلام بايد قيام كنند و راه حق را به پيش بگيرند. همه دولتها بايد برگردند و خاضع بشوند در مقابل ملت... (صحيفه امام، ج15، ص286)
In the Name of God
Summoning the Egyptians and Iraqis to Rise
(Imam Khomaini’s Sahifa, vol.15, page 285)
The Egyptians should note that, if they revolt against these conspiracies, they shall face victory there like in Iran. They should not fear from the military law but have to disregard and beat it and throw away the American refuses by flowing out to streets as the Iranians did all these here. The Egyptians must not sit and wait to see this disappearing regime resumes its vigor and impose again its domination over the nation. Today is the day the Egyptians have to rise. Today is the day the regime is weak and the people should demonstrate their power, contrary to all measures, and disregard and break through the military law, and flow out to the streets and put an end to a regime that intends to withstand Islam with its military forces and pronounces distinctly that wherever is faithful to Islam shall be suppressed. This is a must for the Egyptians and for the independent Ulema(religious leaders). This is a religious obligation binding upon the Ulema. Oh, the Egyptian Ulema! You rise and defend Islam for God’s sake. What excuse is there for the Egyptian Ulema to sit and listen to the announcement against Islam (this regime had announced before its establishment that it would suppress whatever relates to Islam) until they dominate again?! Today, you are winners
Today, the Egyptian people are holding the power. The army is hardly supportive of the regime, except for some obedient servants to the US. The Egyptian army should beware, if it elects to support such a regime and rulership (that has publicized its obedience to the US and Israel and announced that it shall vigorously silence whoever says something for and in favor of Islam), it will be disdained, and it should not give time to Israel to come again later and reign over the Egyptians, and not to the US and Israel to take possession of the nation’s destinies
What did the Iraqi army gain from its attack to Iran because of Saddam’s wrongdoing and his servitude to the US and Israel who were both hurt by Iran? What, except thousands of their killed soldiers here? The army that witnesses the Iraqis’ disagreement with this corrupt and infidel Party is expected to disagree and contest as well and let no more youth to be killed. We and our army dislike to see the Moslem youths, who are sent forcefully to Iran, be killed simply for serving in compliance with Saddam’s corrupt thoughts. We all like the Moslem nations and youth, and wish that they follow the path of Truth, the path of Islam and the path of their nations. Why are the Iraqi forces sitting while Saddam is destroying their territory and army and treading on Islam? Oh, the Iraqi army and the Iraqi people, rise and throw away all these refuses! All the Moslem nations must rise and proceed on the Right Path. All the governments must step back and return, and be modest towards their people.
